John Powers Brookline: Clear your Mind and Reclaim your Goal.

“Life is as simple or complicated as we make it.” Everyone knows this but still no one adopt it his life.

John Powers Brookline successfully delivered his message among youngsters and businessmen. Today he focused on human mind. Human mind all time think numerous thoughts which can related to his/her career, next planning and other daily activities.

When we’re caught up in our heads, distracted by worry or fear, we’re not present or clear-headed. And when we’re not clear-headed, we lose the connection to ourselves, our environment, and our lives.  We find ourselves unable to stop thoughts. You aren’t alone if you find yourself like this either.
When every alarm in your body and brain is sounding a red alert telling you to “Stop!” ... How does someone push through and keep on going? When it comes to clearing your mind of unwanted
thoughts, taking a multi-pronged approach that gives the situation what it needs has always worked for me in sports, and I think it will work for you, too, in sport and in life.

But how do you begin to clear away the clutter you can’t see?

Decluttering the mind requires us to become intentional on where we place our attention and how we spend our time and energy.

Here are some tips to help you do that.

Get clear on your priorities.
Get organised
Make a list of tasks
Let go of negativity
Avoid interruptions
Learn to say No
Take a podcast walk.
Do something kind for another person.
Zone out.
Just do it - don't put things off!
